Problem Reporting
Like the weather, radio is constantly changing. Stations flip formats, shows go off the air, and stream URLs light up or go dark – every day people find something a little different.
We invest significant resources in keeping things up to date, but users will often spot problems before we do. As a result, we strongly recommend all partners use our reporting API methods to convey these issues at the time they occur. This information flows into our moderation system, in which it is routed to appropriate administrators and quickly resolved.
Stream Problems
One of the easiest things to automate is stream failure reporting. When your player is unable to tune in, you send a status message with the stream details and your error code – we review, replace, or remove the bad URL.
Data Problems
For informational types of problems, you can integrate a report “wizard” that steps through various options to send a targeted message to our moderators.
General Support
You can simply forward textual feedback describing the problem.
