When do I use “fix-it”?
Use fix-it when you find wrong information about a station or program or it’s missing altogether.
How do I add a missing station or program?
- Enter the name of the station or program into the search box.
- Verify no results exist for the station or program as image below shows.
- Click “Tell us to fix it.”
- Enter information in form that pops up in a new window.
Feel free to email the changes.
How do I correct wrong or add missing information to a station or program already in the guide?
- Search for the specific station or program detail page.
- Find the station or program you want to fix on the results page.
- Click the link to take you to the details page.
- Click “Tell us to fix it.”
We’ll see the specific information to update to understand what information needs updating.
How long does it take before my changes go live?
Most changes are live between an hour and the next day.
It’s been over a day. Why are you ignoring my changes?
We may have conflicting information. Please leave an email or contact us to discuss.
Do I need to register? I’m sick of registering!
No. Registration is free so you can customize Presets. If you are registered we can track your updates to share credit and award prizes.
Will you respond to my submissions?
Yes. If you are registered or leave an email address, we’ll confirm the changes.
Can I send changes in an email?
Yes. Please include the specific station or program name and website so we know what item to update, then send to support@radiotime.com.
Will you update the information from the station or show’s Web site?
Yes. Just tell us the station or show’s web address (URL) and we’ll update from it.
I am the broadcaster. How do I send batch updates?
You can send email changes or work with an API automated feed.
