RadioTime highlights for the week of October 5, 2009

On Monday, Neko Case visits WXPN’s World Cafe.  The show airs at 2 PM Eastern.

On Tuesday, BBC Radio 6 airs the final episode of a 2 part special which looks back at The Clash’s connection with New York City and Shea Stadium.  “6 Music Plays It Again” can be heard at 7 PM Eastern.

On Wednesday, Absolute Radio replays The Killers live set from this year’s Hard Rock Calling Festival recorded in June.  The show airs at 3 PM Eastern.

On Thursday, sportscaster Bob Costas joins the “Bob & Tom Show.” The show can be heard live beginning at 6 AM Eastern on Indianapolis’ Q95.  Comedian John Witherspoon will also stop by Thursday’s edition of “The Bob & Tom Show.”

On Friday, NHL legends Bobby Hull and Stan Mikita join “Waddle & Silvy” of Chicago’s ESPN 1000.  The former Chicago Blackhawks are part of a “Lunch with a Legend” broadcast which begins at 10 AM Eastern.
