Bill Moore Bill Moore – Founder and CEO

Bill founded RadioTime in 2002 because it was too hard to tune radio on connected products.  Before RadioTime Bill led two profitable self-funded software businesses from scratch through acquisition. His 20 years of technology experience includes management, marketing, sales, and development.

Prior to RadioTime, Bill was vice president and general manager of the access software business unit for Efficient Networks selling over eight million copies of consumer client software through broadband providers around the globe.   His career includes VP for sales, marketing, product management, and business strategy for the IP management software startup Network TeleSystems in Sunnyvale California.   He has also held senior management roles in sales, marketing, and support in his nine years at UB Networks in Santa Clara and Dallas. Bill has a BBA/MIS degree from Texas State University.

Dan Halyburton Dan Halyburton – President

Dan joined RadioTime in March 2009. Dan has over 30  years of radio experience. He is an innovator in streaming radio and new internet technologies. His experience includes programming, marketing, sales and general management. Dan joined RadioTime after a stint as Market Manager for Emmis New York City. Dan was a long time manager for Susquehanna Radio. Where he headed their leading edge new media efforts.

Carl Rohling Carl Rohling – VP Business Development

Carl first joined RadioTime as an advisor in 2005 while working for Creative Labs, Inc managing business development. Prior to Creative, Carl served as Director of Business Development for SONICblue’s Rio digital audio and Go Video divisions.

Previously, he was a New York corporate associate focused on public and private acquisitions for Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, and an international litigation associate for Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.

Thomas HutchingsThomas Hutchings – VP Development

A seasoned technologist with more than a decade of experience building sophisticated consumer web platforms, Thomas joined RadioTime in early 2006 after a successful turn as enterprise architect with Hotels.com. Prior to that he led development at Carefinder.com, a national directory of child and adult care services.

An avid musician and climber, Thomas graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas.

John M. Davidson Ph.D

John is a general partner with Startup Capital Ventures and the chair of RadioTime. He’s founder of Ungermann-Bass and Network Telesystems.

Fred Gibbons

A Stanford consulting professor, Fred was founder and CEO of PFS Publishing, the first public PC software company. Through his mini-MBA course at Stanford, he incubated Yahoo! and Google teams. Fred also represents an investment from the Silicon Valley New Venture Club.

John C. Dean

Currently, a managing director with Startup Capital Ventures, John has also been the chair of Silicon Valley Bank and CEO of seven companies.
